Schisandra ✦
Traditionally used to support endurance and balance through long days.
- single herb
- dual-extracted
- small batch
- 30 servings · 1 ml each
Schisandra on its own: a 1 oz single-herb tincture of the Schisandra chinensis berry, dual-extracted in small batches and made with as much love and intention as our blends. The five-flavour berry in Long Rhode, for bright resilience when the day runs long.
Intention: Schisandra · endurance
Tart and rosy, with all five flavours at once: sour, sweet, salty, bitter and pungent. Mixed into drinks, the drops have a very light flavor. 1 dropperful (1 ml) in soda water with a squeeze of citrus is the simplest version.
Find it in Long Rhode ⟡, beside rhodiola.
Make your own: add a dropperful of Rhodiola for steadier energy (that’s Long Rhode’s pairing), or Damiana for a bright, open start to the evening.
Start with 1 dropperful (1 ml); each 1 oz bottle is 30 servings. Not for use by anyone under 21, or while pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid combining with immunosuppressants or blood thinners, or if you have acid reflux or ulcers.

What's the difference between Signature blends and Singles?
Singles are one plant at a time: 1 oz, dual-extracted single-herb tinctures, made in small batches with just as much love and intention. They're a simple way to meet a plant, find your herbal ally, or make your own combination.
Which Single should I start with?
✦ Damiana for flow.
✦ Blue Vervain to unwind.
✦ Rhodiola for energy.
✦ Schisandra for endurance.
If you already love one of our blends, start with a plant inside it: Damiana is in Altared and Ecstatic, and Rhodiola and Schisandra are in Long Rhode. Blue lotus lives in Lucid ✦.
Can I combine Singles? / How do I make my own combination?
Rhodiola + Schisandra is the pairing behind Long Rhode. Blue Vervain + Damiana makes a slow, open evening.
Read each Single's cautions before you combine them, start slow, and listen to your body.
I'm sober. Can I use these?
They don’t contain alcohol in an intoxicating amount — organic cane alcohol is used as the traditional extraction solvent in our triple-extraction menstruum (with purified water and organic glycerin), not as a drink — and they’re non-intoxicating, meaning they won’t get you high, drunk, or alter your consciousness.
Our drops are designed to help you feel more like yourself, not less. We have several customers in recovery who use our products as a tool for connection and relaxation.
However, if alcohol-based extracts are a trigger for you, then no, these drops are not a good fit.
Are there any side effects?

Please review individual cautions below:
Altared (kava + damiana)
Avoid if taking sedatives, depressants, or alcohol. May cause drowsiness.
Ecstatic (kanna + damiana)

Lucid (blue lotus)
Avoid combining with other sedatives. Mildly calming and relaxing.
Long Rhode (rhodiola + schisandra)
Use caution if prone to mania or bipolar symptoms. Rhodiola can be overstimulating for some.
Most of the herbs we use (except schisandra) are generally not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding. Not for use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Why are your blends made in small batches?
Working with a certified manufacturer is still the plan, once we have the funding to do it that way. Until then, we make small, seasonal batches, and every bottle gets real care.
How do pre-orders work?

Schisandra
Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis), wu wei zi, the five-flavour berry of Chinese materia medica, grows on forest vines across Jilin, Manchuria and the Russian Far East, where it was traditionally used as a tonic for balance and stamina. Ancient texts said it would prolong the years of life without aging.
In Long Rhode ⟡, schisandra brings the rosy, tart brightness beside rhodiola: bright resilience when the day runs long.
